I am a strategic technologist, leadership and personal empowerment coach, and co-host of the Boundaries Without the Box podcast. As a leadership and personal empowerment coach, I guide my clients through the process of “unlabelling” and “unlearning” to empower them to embrace their unique qualities to cultivate and maximize their inherent strengths.
As a result of my coaching, leaders learn to better embrace individuality and neurodiversity within their organizations to drive greater success by strengthening team cohesion and inspiring collective genius. My clients learn to adopt leadership as an organizational mindset, cultivate a culture of empowerment, and remove themselves as the limit of their organization's advancement.

I am also a senior executive at a mission-driven Northern California financial institution and have always been committed to supporting others by helping them optimize their human experience and break through the barriers of their own limiting beliefs. I have spent the entirety of my leadership career building high-performing technical teams using my human-centric coaching principles.
